…well…

I’ve noticed I get depressed a little after Halloween…

The shorter days really let me know, that yes, summer is truly over and will not be back for months…

…on the flip side, I get my energy back in early March as the days grow long again…

…maybe I’ll just kick my ass outta bed and get in some early morning bike rides…

    SAD is actually pretty common. Some of it is thought to be linked to lack of sunlight > lack of Vit D. Taking som Vit D and going on a bike ride should be a good combo.

      1. You won’t be able to get enough (that is, 10 000 to 25 000 I.U.) of vitamin D out of food unless you eat a 100% carnivorous diet, including lots of liver. Instead, you can just take a supplement, make sure it is the D3 form, as the D2 is ineffective.
