…now let’s go on with an analogy–and yes, where credit is due, Advocatus Diaboli pointed something very similar out. Imagine a broke job seeker. They show up at store X and fill out an application (remember those?) They follow through, then follow through again. Eventually, their persistence isn’t met with reward but they are harshly told they aren’t owed a job or a paycheck. Many would find their plight admirable and even though employer X has every right to pursue other candidates, to outsource their workforce or even run a very lean business and not create any jobs. Of course this job seeker would be seen as having the right to pursue employment with employer y, sign up with a temp agency or even find some way to be gainfully self employed…. Hehe, maybe the analogy would go something like this. A man is rejected by a woman. He still has the right to pursue a relationship/casual sex with another woman, visit a prostitute (yes, I am saying that should be legal) or watch porn. And you will see a shitton of shaming language that one woman’s rejection is the rejection of womankind-sort of like that Hillary Clinton quote that violence against one woman is violence against all women.

As a man, you don’t need women. You think you need women because that’s what society, media, movies, books, shaming tactics, music, etc have beaten into your brain since birth. This is true of what I call the SAWW (Standard Average White Woman). You don’t have to be white to be a SAWW, and far from all white women are SAWWs – military and LE aren’t because they cant be and function. Men do not owe them food, houses, roads, electricity, garbage removal, hospital care during childbirth or any of the long list of things men invented and still almost exclusively provide that Judgybitch has tallied.
None of this is about anyone owing anyone anything. It is supposed to be about love and grace and interdependence. So it’s time for women to start upholding their end of that.
